We’ve got another model reveal for you and this one is all things feminine, which is perfect because spring is most definitely in the air! Just ask my sinuses. Today we’re taking you through the front side of the home, which includes the foyer, the guest suite, and the home office/craft room.
THE FOYER
Normally we select a console for the foyer area, but we wanted to mix it up a bit. We were inspired by all things Palm Beach and wanted to keep the home coastal yet uber feminine. We accomplished this look by adding coastal elements, such as this rattan bench, with soft pink textiles and floral artwork.
THE Guest suite
This home was designed for a widowed grandmother who has a granddaughter who visits often. This secondary bedroom was created for a very girly grandchild with a pink accent wall, butterfly prints, and hints of gold and blue throughout.

We always knew we wanted to design this room as a craft area, but there was so much extra space! Not only were we able to add a shareable desk, but we had enough room for an adorable sitting area complete with a pinstripe couch, petite coffee tables, and a rattan floor lamp. The Palm Beach inspired artwork above the sofa really ties the room together.
