Feeding Northeast Florida Named NAIOP 2026 Renovation of the Year

Recognizing a transformative renovation that supports Feeding Northeast Florida’s mission and impact throughout the community.

We are honored to share that Feeding Northeast Florida has been recognized with the 2026 NAIOP Renovation of the Year Award.

Working alongside Thomas Duke Architects and Coleman Lay Construction, we had the privilege of helping transform an existing facility into a headquarters that better supports Feeding Northeast Florida’s mission of ending hunger across our region. Through thoughtful planning and interior design, the renovated space enhances day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, partners, and the community they serve.

This recognition reflects the collaboration, dedication, and shared vision of the entire project team. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that not only revitalized a space but also strengthens the organization's ability to serve Northeast Florida for years to come.

Congratulations to Feeding Northeast Florida, Thomas Duke Architects, Coleman Lay Construction, and everyone involved in bringing this meaningful project to life. We are proud to have been part of such an impactful endeavor.
