Medical Development International (MDI)

75,000 square foot office building in the heart of Nocatee. Project completed in January 2009. Design services performed in Lobby, Common Areas & Core of Shell Building, as well as, Tenant up-fit for the entire building. Artwork and CEO's furnishings provided by others.

Specialized services included assimilation of personnel layout, office fixture positioning with specific emphasis on establishing a positive ergonomic office environment to promote employee well being. We also were responsible for developing all interior related construction documents and coordination of those with the General Contractor; Daniel Davis of Elkins Constructors, Inc.
