New Corporate Office Headquarters

Medical Development International (MDI) - 75,000 square foot office building in the heart of Nocatee. Project completed in January 2009. Design services performed in Lobby, Common Areas & Core of Shell Building, as well as, Tenant up-fit for the entire building.

Nocatee Aquatic Center - Worked in collaboration Jacksonville based architecture firm of Ervin Lovett & Miller. Our design services included full Interior Design and construction documents for the Fitness Building and Main Clubhouse, providing a 175 seat Banquet Facility, Warming/Catering Kitchen, Conference Room, Bride’s Room, Administration Offices and Sales Office. In addition, we also provided design support for the Entry Pavilion and Concessions buildings.

Adamec Harley Davidson Dealership - Brand new 60,000 square foot, 2-story development, housing Motorcycle Showroom, Retail, Parts and Services, Classrooms, Sales Offices & Executive Offices. Interior Design services included space planning, custom millwork design, coordination with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) consultants, graphic design/coordination of Adamec family portraits for showroom display & Construction Administration. We were also contracted for the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment to provide a furniture bid package for the entire dealership.

Also provided tenant improvement services that included The Women's Center which offers advanced imaging services such as digital mammography, sonography, bone densitometry and stereotactic breast biopsies as well as several family practice physicians and mental health therapist offices.
